Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall new media marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget for the Russian market.
  • Lead the social media and community team, managing integrated operations, content planning, and audience growth across all official platforms (VK, TG, YouTube, etc.).
  • Drive the creation and omnichannel distribution of high-value brand IP (e.g., owner stories, crossover series) to build digital brand assets.
  • Build and deepen the private traffic pool operation system to enhance user interaction and loyalty.
  • Manage KOL/influencer and agency resources, leading large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Establish a data monitoring system, analyze market trends and performance to drive continuous strategy optimization.
  • Act as a key collaboration interface, partnering with Sales, Product, and the dealer network to enable business conversion.
Requirements:
  • Strong strategic planning, content innovation, and brand storytelling skills for new media.
  • Proficient in operating major Russian social platforms and advertising tools, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experienced in resource integration, cross-departmental project management, and business communication.
  • Deep insight into the automotive market and user trends, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English for everyday communication & reporting.
