Marketing Communications Manager / Менеджер по маркетинговым коммуникациям

Rydena is a High-tech engineering startup (composite materials for aerospace & mobility). We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to build, manage and scale the full cycle of marketing communications in a technically complex, international B2B environment. You will work in close connection with the sales team and report directly to the General Manager.

This position is for a specialist who is comfortable with technical content, global operations and high pace.

Working format:— Hybrid: part-time office in Moscow + part-time remote

Frequent business trips:— Yerevan (HQ) — once every 1–2 months
— International B2B exhibitions: Paris, Frankfurt, India, with expansion to UK and other markets

Responsibilities— Full-cycle marketing communications management
— Social media management and content planning
— Website and social networks maintenance
— Publishing corporate news and updates
— Public relations and media presence coordination
— Merchandise concept creation and production
— Event management for international B2B exhibitions
— Preparation and coordination of company participation in exhibitions
— Development of presentations and marketing materials
— Ensure marketing visual and content consistency of technical documentation communicated to B2B leads and clients
— Brand management and consistency control across all channels
— Maintaining unified visual and design standards
— Tight collaboration with the sales team
— Preparation and implementation of an external communication plan

Requirements— Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
— Higher education (preferably in marketing, economics or engineering)
— Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory— Part of the interview will be conducted in English
— Basic French or other major European language is a plus
— Strong writing skills
— High level of visual erudition
— Project management skills
— Up-to-date marketing skills and digital competency
— Confident use of AI tools in daily marketing workflows
— Understanding of: basic business processes unit economics marketing economics performance marketing principles (hands-on execution not required)Profile— Comfortable with technical language and engineering products
— Ready for frequent international travel
— Able to operate in a fast-moving startup / scale-up environment
— Oriented towards professional growth and responsibility
