The key role of eCommerce Acquisition Manager is to deliver performance of Kaspersky digital sales (Revenue, Net New Users), via Digital Paid Media channels. He works very closely with internal teams like our Digital Media Activation teams: PPC, Affiliates, PSM/Display and external partners like media agencies. He is the key liaison between eCom managers and Digital Media teams. He plans in collaboration with relevant teams the paid media budget per channel.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver performance of Kaspersky digital sales & digital KPIs for the Paid media channels (PPC, PSM, Display…) Accountable for B2C acquisition digital sales.
  • Paid Media budget planning, with consideration of revenue target and overall ROAS goals, including communication of budgets and targets to internal team (media activation teams) and/or external agencies
  • Paid Media campaign planning, in collaboration with eCom manager and promotional campaigns (market moments)
  • Media agencies management in collaboration with Paid Media activation teams
  • Strategic development of media communication channels, which includes prospecting of new agencies, and new media channels to grow acquisition business
  • Development of promotional communications in the paid search channel (in collaboration with PPC/PSM/Display teams)
  • Close monitoring of the performance of the Digital paid media channels for his region according to the agreed attribution model, and plan any activities to close target gaps if any.
  • Analyze and report on all KPIs (new net users, revenue, CPA, LTV, subscription share) related to Digital Paid media activities, including Forecasts
