Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is accountable for the process of attracting and matching candidates to temporary or permanent positions People Manager company’s vision in building leadership capability within the company, driving a performance culture and enhancing associate engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partnering with Business, HR BPs and other HR functions to achieve goals aligned with talent acquisition agenda and business strategy.

  • Leads implementation of market best practices which support strategy and aligned with business goals.

  • Acts as a true expert to business & HR BPs on key industry talent trends, talent insights and best practices. Partnering with Business Leaders & HR BPs to provide external talent perspectives to inform overall talent strategies.

  • Building capabilities of hiring managers and HR team to ensure effective recruitment process: competency-based interview, motivation, selling story etc

  • Optimize the recruitment process to optimize lead times and ensure perfect candidate’s experience.

  • Liaise with hiring managers and interviews teams to define job requirements based on Leadership Capabilities & Functional competencies, expectations, and appropriate assessment criteria.

  • Ensure that JDE values match is a must for every candidate for every single role.

  • Leveraging usage of recruitment system

  • Automation of reporting, pre & onboarding activities.

  • Leading HR Projects & Continuous improvement projects related with systems, processes & polices

  • Developing HR capabilities & leading trainings related with processes, systems & tools

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years proven recruiting experience: in an international Corporate environment;

  • Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders;

  • Good understanding of job market, industry trends and the ability to adapt quickly when needed;

  • Results-driven with hands-on mentality;

  • Ability to work in an environment with a high sense of urgency and flexibility;

  • High level of learning agility;

  • “Digital” mind set.

  • Good knowledge of English.
