The main mission of this job is to cooperate with Business units and HQ to support Business Units in developing Strategic long-term business plans and Strategic projects management (coordination, tracking progress etc.) and make sure they are accepted and aligned within Business units and with HQ.

Key responsibilities:
  • Strategic projects implementation (monitoring activities, alignment action plans etc.;
  • Collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders to develop strategic planning processes and tools;
  • Monitor strategic business plan and its execution, KPIs and overall performance through reviewing financial, management and operational data, raising early warnings, suggesting possible resolution options;
  • Act as a business partner to the Business units and top management and collaborate with different departments within HQ to deliver data-based strategic decision-making approach;
  • Develop and constantly improve internal processes to support business in assessment of current product portfolio, spot new opportunities, keep track of decisions made (Portfolio Assessment);
  • Assure follow up actions on decisions made during portfolio assessment and their matching to strategy, business plans and previous decisions;
  • Promote the culture of openness & innovation by supporting the internal process that empowers all employees to express their new business ideas (Opportunity Management);
  • Drive communication, including processes/project updates and other initiatives related to strategic planning;
  • Maintain and coordinate the schedule and the timeline of various parts of Strategic planning process;
  • Enable quality and clarity of Strategic planning processes and deliverables by preparing presentations to the BoD / top management;
  • Report regularly on projects status;
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and other tasks from Head of Strategic Business Planning and Strategy Management VP regarding the area of responsibility;
Required experience & skills:
  • Minimum 3 (preferable 5) years working experience in consulting, process optimization and project coordination;
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes, finance, and change management;
  • Relevant experience in supporting decision making;
  • IT / software / telecom experience is appreciated;
  • Outstanding people and conflict resolution skills, ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders;
  • Ability to ask the right questions and to listen, to structure information and strong analytic skills;
  • Experience of working in rapidly changing circumstances and under pressure;
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and executive communication (written, verbal) skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Teamwork/Interpersonal skills;
  • Results driven and strategic thinker;
  • Knowledge of IT and IT security landscapes;
  • Advanced English (written and oral);
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of MS Project.
