HR Generalist

Wayzim is seeking an HR Generalist in Moscow, Russia. This role is responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks or initiatives for Russia subsidiary, this role will provide primary operational (day to day) support for the managers and employees within the organization by designated geographic regions or locations. The position requires team participation and interfaces within all areas of Human Resources to provide exceptional and consistent support for managers and employees.

1. Conduct the recruitment activities, such as candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and execution, provide offer letters to selected candidates.

2. Maintain and refine the onboarding process, onboard new hires.

3. Ensure new employee’s paperwork is completed for benefits and payroll.

4. New hire orientation.

5. Attendance, Absenteeism, Paid Leave management.

6. Payroll management.

7. Termination management and exit interview.

8. compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

9. Ensure efforts are synchronized with corporate HR initiatives.

10. Perform other HR related duties as required and assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Minimum of 3 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in human resources management.

3. Good with English skills.

4. Excellent with hiring skills is a plus.

5. Industrial automation related background is a plus.
