Responsibilities:
  • Organize soft skills learning for the organization (training planning and organization, tracking, post-training initiatives)
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, master-classes
  • Design and implement new learning solutions and formats (bite-size programs, blended learning programs, webinars, elearning, marathons, etc.)
  • Manage leadership development programs
  • Build relationships with training providers
Requirements:
  • Higher education
  • Professional certification (Train the Trainer, etc.) is highly desirable
  • 2+ years of experience in a multinational company in L&D (training organization, design and delivery)
  • 2 years+ of trainer’s experience
  • Knowledge of coaching and mentoring practices is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of key trends, best practices in learning and development
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good project planning and project management skills
  • Strive for learning and development
  • Upper-Intermediate English
