As we support the launch of new offices and ensure smooth operations for the business, we are looking for an energetic Procurement Manager who both knows procurement and is ready to learn new things.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchases in international regions
  • Investigate the needs of internal customers
  • Analyze the market and look for new partners
  • Conduct tenders for equipment and services
  • Interact with suppliers (gather information on goods and prices, agree delivery and payment terms) and conclude contracts
  • Place orders and monitor their execution
  • Help optimize processes
  • Maintain and monitor the implementation of the procurement plan
  • Work with Oracle
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of procurement sourcing and purchasing
  • Experience in service procurement
  • 5+ years of experience as a procurement manager in an international company
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, sociability, and proactivity
  • Time management skills
  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
