Role Statement

Provide technical and marketing support for customers and assist to sales team in the coordination of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales activities: analysis/market research, development of the market segments
  • Support sales team (visits and technical support) to develop market and to guarantee the best solution for the customers
  • Provide technical support for customer by telephone or on site (deep technical expertize)
  • Assesse market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
  • Implement company strategy for (market) launch and market expansion
  • Define requirements of the stock
  • Review product data to ensure that sales force is informed about new developments/products/application
  • Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
  • Prepare customer presentations and trainings about products and applications (for customers and for sales employees)
  • Support sales and marketing managers in terms of sales forecast.
  • Prepare exhibitions (in all the aspects)
  • Working customer oriented.
Education and Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • High level of knowledge in belting applications is preferable, any production equipment at least.
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in production \ fabrication industry.
  • Ability to analyze technical projects and mechanical designs
Required Skills & Attitudes

Computer skills (MS Office, ERP, etc.)

Driving licence B

Knowledge of products, components, manufacturing processes and machinery

Fluent English written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate as a minimum)

Strong communication skills, high structured personality

Strong analytical abilities

Customer orientation

Proactivity

Conditions:

Office in Dolgoprudniy, buisness travells.

Fix salary and ennual bonus will be disscussed on the final interview.
