Our Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:

·Analyze and identify the most potential markets and customers to build strong client base and maximize potential hotel revenue;

·Proactive client search (new business) through cold calling, negotiating, business correspondence, presentations meetings (off-site and internal). Motivate corporate clients for annual/long term contracts, attracting events and groups, obtaining long term stay requests and maximizing business potential within the hotel's services.

·Analyze competitors' activities and other events in the market.

·Produce sales offers and agreements

·Produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for assigned responsible area

·Increase the hotel's revenues according to the general and personal financial goals, by attracting new and developing existing clients in order to maximize the market share.

Our Senior Sales Manager has the following qualifications:

·Higher professional education and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the similar position in other international Hotel chains

·Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS & S&C, MS Office, other hotel programs knowledge is an advantage

·Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills oriented with an attention to details, energizing, active and multitasking

·Fluent English
