PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Development and implementation wholesaler concept as one of the RULOG strategic directions. Acquisition of new customers according to overall RULOG sales strategy, and proper Key Account Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. 1. Development of product portfolio: HORECA market analysis, identification of the points of growth, competitors analysis, defining assortment matrix
  1. 2. Onboarding the suppliers: searching and selection of suppliers (Russian&international ones), negotiation, contractual work (purchasing activities to be executed by purchasing department)
  1. 3. Sales preparation:defining the sales strategy, pricing strategy, etc.
  1. 4. Sales execution: all stages needed for acquisition and onboarding new customers (HORECA), key accounting
  1. 5. Sales effectiveness: measurement and implementation of corrective measures
WHAT NEEDED:
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales (HORECA wholesaler experience is a must requirements);
  • Excellent commercial, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive and positive approach;
  • Team working attitude;
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence;
  • Russian – native, English – from upper-Intermediate level (to negotiate terms with the suppliers).

Main Location – Moscow (Novoorlovskaya street), based on the business needs – Moscow region (Kotelniki and Chekhov). You can choose more convenient location for you!
