Finance Department Intern

In this role, you will provide full support to our Finance Department.

• File source documents to relevant folders
• Maintain the register of contracts, file contracts, provide scanned copies of contracts as per requests
• Scan documents to respond to tax authorities’ requests
• Ensure all original documents are available
• Help collecting A/R closing documents
• Fill the storage boxes to archive the folders
• Visit the bank to submit / collect documents
• Verify expense reports
• Upload expense reports to 1С

• Completed higher education
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver
• Ability to collaborate within a team, yet work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced English is a must
• Basic knowledge of Excel
