Position: Senior Brand Manager (Beauty Care) - Local Innovations

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Your role:
  • Full responsibility on Beauty category with 3 brands
  • Strategy & communication development
  • NPI generation, approval & execution within organization
  • Independent lead on all relevant projects withing defined strategic plan
  • Lead briefings of creative & PR & ect communication agencies (management together with digital & media manager)
  • Brand financials & market & consumer data analysis, initiation of relevant research studies to build brand strategies, activity plans & initiatives
  • Close work with Trade marketing & NRM & Sales & Supply chain teams to develop & execute launches & promotion activities
  • Category budget set up & management
  • Leading of 1 direct report
Your skills and competences:
  • Higher education (as advantage - economics with business management / marketing / communication)
  • Relevant FMCG experience min 3+ years on brand management position
  • English - Upper-Intermediate and higher
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Advanced communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking, good analytical & reporting skills
  • Advertising campaign development experience is preferred with focus TV, digital & social media
  • Creativity as a plus, resilience as a must
