Senior Tax associate

We are looking for experienced expert in tax area able to provide clients with consulting services.

• Higher education focused in legal
• Good knowledge of international taxation issues (application of Double tax treaties, concept of permanent establishment, beneficial ownership on income) + MLI
• Good knowledge of taxation of intragroup operations (VAT and corporate income tax)
• Knowledge of general taxation issues
• General knowledge of Transfer-pricing issues.
• Good knowledge of currency controls regulations
• Ability to analyze business structures and provide advice on tax planning and market entry
• Good presentation skills, ability to conduct webinars, good oral and written communication skills, work with different tasks simultaneously
• English language knowlenge is a must at least Intermediate Upper. Additional German would be an advantage but is not mandatory
• Using 1C (optional but not must), Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Analysing the topic and preparation of consultation for clients in written form in Russian and English
• Participation in due diligence and tax audits
• Analysis of agreements from tax standpoint
• Preparation of notifications on controlled transaction and national transfer-pricing documentations (optional, but considered as a plus)
• Preparation of internal policies for the client (allocation policy, commercial policy, Know you client policy)
• Participation in internal trainings and clients events as a speaker, writing articles and newsletters on tax related topics
• Participation in tax dispute resolution
• Work experience from 5 years
