Position: Senior Product Manager

Division: Consumer Health

Position purpose:

Responsible for raising the competitiveness of the brand/category by developing and activating superior strategies at HCP level resulting in prescription growth. It guides brand teams and provides plans for impactful messaging and deployment of resources in the most beneficial way.
Area of responsibility: Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Belarus.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements HCP promotion strategies based on Marketing skills. Leads the development of a promotion strategy among healthcare professionals, proactively studying competitors and offering new ideas. Develops an HCP strategy based on knowledge based on future opportunities, as well as the current market situation.
  • Provides marketing information for healthcare professionals to produce a cycle book and conduct cycle meetings. Collaborates with field forces to align promotion strategies for healthcare professionals. Anticipates changes in the market situation and initiates innovations (development of new products), leads the formation of competitive messages.
  • Manages the database of national opinion leaders (Key Opinion Leader, KOL): identifies the most respected speakers, promotes the creation of individual development plans, ensures loyalty to Consumer Health brands through long-term partnerships, manages document flow, oversees contacts with leading regional opinion leaders, selects the most potential scientists to form the future generation of speakers. Ensures the company's participation in key federal events: develops annual educational plan, ensures the turnout of the medical community and the representation of the corporate image, ensures the effectiveness of the location at the event and the time in the program, informs employees about the results of events (newsletters and promotional materials).
  • Works in conjunction with brand teams to ensure the consistency of the HCP strategy with the overall brand strategy, provides medical expertise in issues related to health topics, the mechanism of action of competitive advantages. Identifies the least effective business practices and makes adjustments to them. Conducts cross-functional meetings to inform the team about changes in market trends.
  • Provides an analysis of key performance indicators based on market research data, evaluates the HCP marketing mix to determine the most effective and profitable types of activity. Determines changes in the behavior of the target audience and introduces innovations into the marketing mix.
  • Plans, controls and ensures the effectiveness of the use of the medical and regional marketing budget (field marketing activities, fees of opinion leaders, etc.). Distributes the budget to optimize the potential of the brand. Introduces specific new projects that allow you to stay ahead of competitors.
Important for us:
  • Higher medical education, a PhD degree is an advantage;
  • Education in economics or marketing is an advantage;
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience;
  • Experience in sales is an advantage;
  • Marketing functional competencies: understanding the market and the customer, brand strategy, marketing mix;
  • English language proficiency (oral and written): at least Upper-intermediate.
