Research scientist in the area of Materials Science (Electrochemical Energy Storage)

Skoltech Center for Energy Science and Technology (CEST) is seeking for a Research Scientist (full-time) with profound expertise, at least 3 years, in the area of material science. The preferred starting date March 2023.

• The selected candidate will be involved in our project on the development of new electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
• The candidate is expected to have theoretical and practical knowledge in techniques of inorganic chemistry.
• Experience in electrochemistry is advantageous.
• Skills in the design and execution of the experiments are required as well as the analytical mindset for the interpretation of the obtained results.

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or other related fields is highly mandatory. Ms. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or other related fields.
• High level of English.
