Responsibilities:
  • Manage, review and coordinate all engineering activities over entire project life cycle, including execution strategy, schedule, budget and organizational structure
  • Define the engineering organizational charts, staffing and roles with engineering disciplines
  • Provide leadership to the team, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience
  • Perform internal evaluation of project scope, key quantities, critical equipment to determine an estimated project CAPEX
  • Develop technical proposals and coordinate technical proposal development for various industrial projects
  • Acts as a responsible party for the technical part of the Contract review and all related negotiations
  • Assist Clients towards feasible options and manage expectations
  • Contribute to get Client’s approval of technical documents
  • Identify, formalize and facilitate the approval for project scope changes
  • Establish, maintain and control engineering processes & procedures, engineering database, master drawings register
  • Develop technical assignments and control the work of various sub-contractors, including RDIs, service providers, engineering survey companies.
  • Ensure compliance of the engineering and design with RF Regulatory requirements and other laws
  • Lead the development and preparation for key design reviews, i.e. HAZOP/HAZID, P&ID Review, 3D model review.
  • Supervise and control issuance of engineering deliverables
  • Prepare weekly/monthly project reports, provide regular and ad-hoc updates on the status to senior management and Client
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • Working experience in Chief Project Engineer ("ГИП") role and/or, preferably, as a Project Engineering Manager in Western project engineering mainframe is a must
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Fluent English (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Energy & Chemicals industry
  • Good understanding of project phases (from Feasibility Study through Detail Design), structure, planning, budgeting and change management process
  • Experience in passing State Governmental Expertise will be an advantage
Conditions:
  • Contract as per RF Labor Code
