Analyst in Corporate Investments and IR

Main Responsibilities:

Analysis and expansion of the investor base

• Regular analysis of the investor base, exploring opportunities for its expansion and for enhancing communications with retail investors
• Participation in updating the Group's IR infrastructure and searching for opportunities to improve communication channels with current and prospective shareholders

Participation in information disclosure process

• preparation of materials for information disclosures on London and Moscow stock exchanges
• providing analytical data for investors and shareholders of Etalon Group, creating pitch-books for investor conferences

• participation in Annual report preparation process

Creation of structured presentations for top-management of Etalon Group

• collecting and analysing internal data
• data-mining and open-source data analysis
• creating well-prepared structured pitch-books

Cross-functional tasks of Corporate Investments and Strategy department

• participation in M&A preparation process

preparation materials for Etalon Group strategy

Experience/Background:

• English (advanced)
• degree in Corporate Finance/Economics/Statistics
• visualisation and creation of presentations that can be provided to Management board and to Board of Directors of the Company
• ability to work with large amounts of data
• good organisational skills and attention to detail
• expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• knowledge of IFRS reporting principles as an advantage
