Process and hot water&steam piping as-built documentation senior engineer

Management of preparation of AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION for Process and hot water&steam piping as-built documentation (including, but not limited to the following parts: TX, TK, TM, TS, GSN, GSV, TI, AZO, AZ, MR, MTS,);

Control over the timely release of AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION and its status, quality control of documentation;

Creation of databases for AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION reporting on construction Projects;

Work with the Company's Clients on issues related to the release of AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION;

Interaction with the RosTehNadzor in matters related to the Company's activities;

Providing the Company's Projects with all necessary documentation for the start of commissioning and subsequent receipt statement of conformity

Computer and office software proficiency Excеl is an advanced User with knowledge of complex formulas and analysis of large databases Word is a confident User, AutoCAD is a confident User;

Knowledge of the system of as-built documentation, confident knowledge of the process of managing as-built documentation;

Knowledge of the construction industry, experience in a construction project 5 years and above, knowledge of processes and requirements for technology, quality and documentation management. Having experience working with foreign construction companies;

Knowledge of state technical standards, industry standards, legislative and regulatory acts;

Knowledge of the types and properties of basic building materials, products and structures;

Knowledge of the rules of as-built and accounting documentation in the production of construction works;

Long business trips to the Company's Projects
