Trade group “Raymed” – The official distributor of Edwards Lifesciences(USA), Biosensors International(Switzerland), Asahi Intecc(Japan), Biometrix(Israel), Occlutech(Sweden), OrbusNeich(Netherlands). For a several years we have also been manufacturing our products for invasive cardiac intervention.
The company began it’s operations in the Russian market in 2002, is widely known today in all major cardiology centers and hospitals in Russia.

During this time, we have accumulated rich experience in equipping medical facilities, thanks to a customer-oriented sales culture and a strong team of specialists.

In connection with the active growth of the company, an employee is required for the position of Sales support manager.

Your main responsibilities:

Processing incoming requests from the regional manager (active interaction with the account manager from the moment the request is received until the goods are sent to the client)

  • Management and control of all stages of the transaction;
  • Analysis of the order for the availability of goods in the stock.
  • Registration and control of documentation (commercial offers, invoices, orders for shipment, supply contracts and reporting in 1C)
  • Participation in tenders (search, calculation of the primary cost, verification of technical specifications, coordination with the finansial department, execution of the first part of the application, control of documentation and shipment under the tender);
  • Timely submission of company-accepted reporting forms.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience in sales in the B2B segment (wholesale) from 1 year;
  • Experience in preparing the technical part of the application under 44-FZ and 223-FZ;
  • We are ready to consider candidates without experience in our field, however, technical education and experience in the field of sales of medical equipment will be an advantage;
  • English level from B1
  • Experience with a large range of products;
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate incoming applications;
  • Understanding the principles of product replacement, comparison of technical characteristics;
  • Attention to details;
  • Desire for continuous study and development.
