Обязанности:
  • Work activities across all phases of projects including ITB, Preparing estimates and price comparisons, EPC pre-contract activities, conceptual studies; Basis of Design; pre-FEED; FEED; Detailed Design; Procurement; Commissioning related to Telecom.
  • Participate in reviews and formulation of technical solutions for the Client in part of Scope of Work, Initial Data;
  • Provide technical direction, guidance and demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation;
  • Preparation of detail engineering documents like Architecture Diagrams, Block / Schematic Diagrams, Datasheets, Specifications;
  • Develop technical assignment to bid Telecom Contractor (supplier);
  • Manage, review, coordinate and Check detail designs developed by subcontractors
  • Ensure high quality, compliance with the work scope and with applicable standards;
  • Selecting network equipment that are offered by Equipment Manufacturer in compliance to project specification;
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability during the initial stages of the project, during commissioning, start-up and handover;
  • Schedule and coordinate Telecom’s work to deadlines and within financial budgets on the project;
  • Prepare project timely reporting to project management;
  • Assist clients towards feasible options and manage expectations;
  • Manage design change within project budget and schedule framework;
  • Participation in value engineering
Требования:
  • At least 7 years experience in Oil&Gas, Petrochemical Industry
  • Experience in design Telecom Systems of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plants.
  • The area of expertise shall cover all related Telecom systems:
    • Multiservice data transmission networks
    • Security Systems networks
    • PCTV networks
    • PAGA networks
    • VoIP telephony networks
    • Data Processing Center
    • Сlockification system
    • SMIS
    • Wireless Broadband Data Transmission System
    • Wireless data transmission network
    • IP-telephony
    • Radio System
  • Expertise in Security Design will be advantage
  • Experience in the design, evaluation and specification of Telecom Systems equipment, package and bulk items including cabling in detailed design packages
  • Experience in preparation of Material Requisition, Scope of Works, review of offers, technical clarifications, technical bid evaluation.
Условия:
  • Contract as per RF Labor Code
  • Work in Moscow office
  • Schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm
