ROLE

Develop and execute effective Digital strategy for De’Longhi group brands in own e-comm channels and market places

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Prepare and execute annual digital plan based on brand/product strategy
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective digital plans with optimized key matrix
(reach, clicks etc.), monitor internet placement, provide timely updates on
digital plan execution
- Develop and continuously monitor digital performance campaigns
- Timely internal and external alignment/approvals as per group’s policies
- Assess and report post-campaign results
- Constantly monitor internet-market and competitive campaigns
- Pro-actively seek for new/innovative opportunities to enhance standard
campaigns
2) Cooperation with the digital partners
- Build effective cooperation with key digital players – portals, e-commerce,
agencies, social networks etc.
- Develop partners networking and effectively build the processes to achieve
corporate communication and business goals
- Ensure proper and timely placement
- Closely monitor the results, make actionable conclusions and summarize key
learnings
- Pro-actively seek for the new communication and product placement
opportunities
3) Internet budget management
- Internet budget planning and control. Provide effective management,
monitoring and internal reporting of marketing budget spend (planning,
invoicing, reporting, system reporting and updates)
4) Leadership and Cross functional communication
- Make sure, that all internet initiatives are properly communicated and aligned
internally (HQ, Top management, Brand team, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Initiate timely involvement of respective team members into the projects
planning and execution
- Ensure timely and effective communication with HQ offices
5) Cooperation with partner-agencies
- Ensure effective collaboration with partner-agencies, incl. business/product
updates providing, product trainings
- Provide detailed, fact-based input/feedback to globally assigned agencies

REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE
- Practical experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, performance digital etc. proved with
portfolio and successful projects in this area
