BIGO-Likeelive-Broadcaster Management Advisor

Responsibilities1.Responsible for broadcaster recruitment and management.
2.Responsible for effective training and guidance for broadcaster recruited, as well as the KPI of broadcaster development.
3.Assisted in organizing various online and offline brand communication and revenue activities locally.
4.Regularly optimize existing policy for broadcasters and study policy of competitive App.Requirements1.Bachelor's degree is required. Based in Russia, proficient in English and Russian.
2.At least 1-2 years experiences in live streaming platform is preferred.
3.Familiar with all types of social media applications, especially social media platforms and live streaming platforms in Russia.
4.Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role; Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer need.
5.Proficiency in MS Office, good at data analysis.
6.Good team player, quick thinking, serious and responsible.
