Warehouse Supervisor (Medical warehouse)

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that general warehousing activities are properly carried out for medical items, consumables, equipment and drugs, in line with standard operating procedures. He/she organizes and plans the warehouse’s activities and manages the provider.

• Responsible for the overall supervision of the day-to-day running of the warehouse
• Orderly dispatch of ICRC materials to different destinations
• Ensures that proper stock and goods records are maintained
• Organize and follow-up inventories
• Being involved in Warehouse budgeting and needs analysis
• Ensuring proper use and care of all facilities as well as warehouse equipment
• Ensuring that all refrigerators are in good working condition and maintained regularly
• Instructing Storekeeper and Skilled worker of their daily duties
• Coordination with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth planning of deliveries, offloading of commodities as well as careful inspection of supplier deliveries
• Informing the buyers about any abnormality in the supplied goods (counterfeit, damage, inappropriate marking or other quality and quantity problems)
• Ensuring and supervising the follow-up of the correspondence, i.e. Outlook, e-mail messages
• Ensuring and supervising the issuance of any requested reporting or statistical data, sources
• Signing the delivery documents
• Ensuring that bin cards and stock cards are kept up to date
• Monitoring condition of the stored commodities ensuring that adapted hygiene and warehousing standard levels are constantly applied
• Updating incoming and outgoing goods status
• Daily checking the temperature of cooled or heated rooms as well as checking the temperature of refrigerators
• Ensuring that goods with different expiry dates, batch numbers and purchase order reference (numbers) are stored separately
• Ensuring FEFO and FIFO (first-in-first-out and first-expired-first out)
• Reporting all goods with short remaining shelf life
• Making loading plan in coordination with the transport manager
• Ensuring packing and dispatch is made in time and according to ICRC standards and supervising the issue of waybills if needed
• Ensuring that all consignments are packed appropriately and marked with consignee, destination, order number and parcel number and that no consignments leave the warehouse with correct and appropriate documentation
• In coordination with Third Party Logistics, ensuring safe loading of the trucks
• Recording not available goods in the backorder record
• Management/supervision of serialization records ("Честный знак")

• University degree or Medical/Pharma degree.
• Proven experience and knowledge in inventory management medical items/drugs.
• Russian is a native language.
• Good command of spoken and written English (B2/C1).

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position related to medical warehouse.
• Computer skills (proficiency in MS Office, warehouse management tools).
• Excellent organizational, time-management and teamwork skill.
• Accuracy.

• Open-ended contract.
• Place of assignment: Moscow region, Novoye highroad 34с4, Paveltsevo district, Dolgoprudny.
• Monthly salary 120’000 RUB before taxes, 13th salary, medical insurance.
