Dear applicants, please indicate the expected income level in your resume or cover letter. Description:
  • Input in short and long term Retail marketing strategy development and its implementation for all products categories;
  • Leading in the promotional campaign from planning to implementation in Boutiques, including developing concept and detailed mechanics for promo-campaigns; analysis of customers behavior, theirs needs and insights; previous campaign results analysis; special offers and promo materials creation; promo prices determination;
  • Monitoring promo campaigns and implementing stimulating actions if necessary;
  • Creating and adapting shop-windows and brand communication materials for promo-campaign according to the Brand guidelines and in close cooperation with Design and Product marketing teams;
  • Planning and controlling POS-materials production, organizing theirs dispatch to the sale points according to deadlines;
  • Forecasting product launches and planning special activities to support launches in cooperation with Logistics team;
  • Budget management and cost control, finding opportunities for cost optimization;
  • Regular internal communications with Retail-sales team.
Requirements:
  • Higher education (marketing; economics);
  • English language - upper-intermediate;
  • Excel advanced user (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, SUBTOTAL, ect.);
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze a large amount of information and make conclusions/develop recommendations to business;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Teamplayer;
  • Multitasking;
  • Ability to work under time pressure;
  • Experience in Beauty market as an advantage.
