Responsibilities:
  • Pilot, lead, coordinate & animate IBP process on a monthly basis, and IBP Strategic input to give to BU Executive Committee Long Term visibility and basis for fact and figures based strategic/tactical decisions, thus ensuring Long term load/capability adequacy.
  • Launch and Lead the cross functional Demand/Supply planning process based on qualitative and accurate Demand planning and Stock management (avoiding waste, keep inventories at the safe level) to provide the required service level for customers and ensure the financial KPIs.
  • Lead regular Demand&Supply control meetings with the objective of pro-active service level risks mitigation and x-functional alignment on demand/supply plans changes; provide up-to-date supply inputs.
  • Create, implement and continuously enhance KPI and governance to monitor the functional performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and support core skills development for Demand/Supply Planning team, create a working environment of open feedback as a basis for skills and style development.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of Demand/Supply planning process and forecast systems x-function and x-category with a strong focus on flexibility and speed-to-market
  • Optimise systems and procedures in order to improve overall efficiency.
  • Lead and/or contribute to x-functional projects.
  • Recommend strategic directions regarding Country Fulfilment improvements to management.
Skills:
  • University degree in Economics or Logistics

    Professional experience covering either / or a Planning / Sales/ Supply Chain discipline.

  • Strong analytical skills in numbers and processes
  • Change Management skills to execute and to conduct concepts and ideas that will develop the role and function.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles associated with S&OP processes.
  • Stand alone ability/Ability to push/lead significant changes in process or organisation, decision making under ambiguity and time pressure
  • Demand/Sales Planning experience
  • Experience or detailed knowledge of other Supply Chain roles within a dynamic commercial environment.
  • Track record of optimising process / communication efficiencies and developing performance benchmarking to monitor improvements.
