Intermark Global - is an international Real Estate agency (Formerly Savills) 700 offices worldwide, on the market since 1865.

Intermark Global has two exclusive contracts - with developer from United Kingdom, second with developer from Thailand. Main goal the role - setup sales of these offerings with Chinese clients - real estate buyers.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in the international residential property market is required.
• A minimum of one year's experience interacting with Chinese investors is required.
• A university degree is preferred.
• A consistent sales track record that demonstrates the ability to create and maintain sales funnels over time.
• Accurate, numerate, and computer-savvy.

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required. Cantonese would be an added benefit.
• Understanding UK property conveyancing, taxation, and mortgage financing would be advantageous.

• Selling residential houses in the United Kingdom and meeting sales targets.
• Handle queries from potential purchasers about international property investment and provide competent investment advice.
• A customer service commitment, including after-sales and sales progression.
• Establish and maintain relationships with middlemen, partners, and providers of related services.
• Working closely with the teams in China.
• Business trips to China are made on an as-needed basis.
• It is likely that some weekend work will be required.
• Capable of working with deadlines and targets.
