requirements:

· Minimum 1 years of hotel sales experience required, preferably in a hotel chain.

· Ability and desire to work with people.

· Strong organization and presentation skills.

· High communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Ability to work on your own and as a part of a team.

· High level of individual responsibility.

· Be self-motivated.

· Be active, creative, enthusiastic.

· Curiosity and willingness to learn and evolve professionally.

· Must be able to business trips.

· Fluent English.

· Opera knowledge.

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining contacts with Key Corporate Accounts of the market (International / Local).

· Developing contacts with new/targeted corporate accounts.

· Be proactive / to arrange meetings with existing and new accounts (Sales Calls, Trade Shows, Sales Blitz, Fam Trips, Social Networking).

· Negotiations with companies on different levels.

· Increasing corporate segment production and maintain sufficient hotel market share according to individual goals & targets.

· Follow up on repeating business requests.

· Researching market and attracting projects in the hotel (groups/events).

· Working with corporate groups (from request to finalizing all sums and closing project).

· Cooperating with all hotel departments involved into the Sales and Accommodation process.

· Analyzing current sales statistics versus previous periods and take necessary actions based on detailed analysis.

· Working with RFP.

· Working with local corporate contracts.

· Participating in Special Projects.
