* We offer additional benefits (gifts for the New Year, discounts on products for company employees, English learning on preferential terms).Now we are looking for a high performing, dynamic and motivated lawyer at mid-senior level to join our corporate legal affairs function.Responsibilities:

1. Legal support for corporate governance matters.
2. Supervising and legal service of debt portfolio.
3. Day-to-day execution of documents, general maintenance, and administration.
4. Implementing of corporate restructurings and various corporate procedures.
5. Drafting and reviewing all types of agreements, including merchant services agreements, IP license agreements, general service agreements, indemnity & confidentiality agreements, etc.
6. Analysis of fast-paced legal environment (in Russia and abroad) and performing legal research on corporate, commercial, and other issues.
7. Drafting responses to customer complaints and requests of public authorities. Written and personal communication with state authorities.
8. Engagement in other important strategic projects of the Group.
9. Commercial litigation [if needed] (preparing legal position, claim application, participating in court sessions, enforcement proceedings).

Requirements:

1. Degree in Law;
2. Minimum 3 PQE;
3. Impeccable knowledge of civil law and private international law;
4. Russian language proficiency essential. English language proficiency, including strong legal English. Legal drafting in English is a must. Other languages will be a good advantage;
5. Experience in multinational companies will be an advantage;
6. Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
7. Intellectual curiosity, detail oriented and demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work;
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks in ever shifting and dynamic environment as well as strong organizational skills.
