Key Responsibilities:

  • Day2Day lead & follow-up of MI /MG activities of > 20 K€, including contracting, supplier creation and implementation of FWA agreements at Air Liquide in Russia.

  • Sourcing execution of Day2Day PM/MG needs, mid sized & TAR projects using e-RFX tools

  • Identify Catalog opportunities, improvement in Sourcing Process (E-RFX / E-auction), working closely together with Operations and Tactical team

  • Identify new opportunities to create Procurement Efficiencies with a focus on recurrent ECCO, based on internal present and future requirements utilizing supplier and competitor market analysis

  • Ensure use and implementation of the Category Strategy of all MI/MG categories in the different sourcing activities and projects.

  • Manage local / regional contracts, supplier relationships by conducting yearly business reviews with regional - local Leverage / Transactional Suppliers.

  • Be accountable for the Sourcing Efficiency Projects performance outcome related to his/her portfolio

  • Develop and manage relationship with internal customers (Maintenance Teams, Operations teams, Technical Experts and Country Management) to ensure deployment of Procurement Projects

  • Identify opportunities to create Procurement and Business Efficiencies, with focus on recurrent ECCO. Get from suppliers suggestions to improve AL processes and develop innovations originating from suppliers.

  • Provide periodic activity reporting to his/her Management on actual and projected savings related to his/her procurement activities

Requirements:

  • Higher education (procurement, business, engineering)

  • Experience in procurement 3 - 5 years

  • English - upper intermediate

  • Training or certification in procurement or management is a plus

  • Strategic Sourcing expertise

  • Industry and category expertise (experience in folowing categories: Cryogenic/ non cryogenic valves, Analysers, Mass flow measuring instruments, Pressure gauge, Instrumentation maintenance services, Electrical equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, Plant maintenance will be as an advantage)
