IT Specialist

Responsibilities:First-line user IT support1. IT Training for newcomers
• Standard office software/tools;• How to book and join the meeting
• Cloud
• RnD tools (RnD Jumper, Transparent Proxy, Greenetrans)2. Helpdesk support (Onsite and Remotely)
• Deploying new PC and Laptops from BDD or Portable disk;
• Help to Install and configure WeLink mobile on users phones if need;
• Help to Install printer drivers and help users to add a card to printer if need;
• Help to format/low format for user PC/Laptop, replace old PC/Laptop and help user transfer the data to New PC/Laptop;
• PC Hardware check (remove dust, check RAM, GPU,HDD/SSD, PSU);
• Windows 10 support
• Company standard software (Office, WeLink, SPES…) support
• Network access support
• Conference IT system and office IT equipment (Printer/CCTV/Attendance system/DCS) technical support3. Basic OS setup tasks such as Linux install, network configuration. SPES, TPClient installation and configuration for business server.

Basic IT Maintenance• Help to configure and support meeting boards and IP phones;
• Access switches and AP configure base on template
• Server room environment inspection (AC, UPS, temperature status) every Monday
• Meeting room daily checking to sure all conference systems work correctly
• Helping IT team with simple tasks (cable management, mount network devices in rack, etc.);
• Bring laptop to Maintenance service center or bring it back after fix;

Requirements:

• Helpdesk working experience
• Good client-facing and communication skills
• Spoken and written English (on level enough for communicating with colleagues)
