Job Title: Purchasing & Investment Controller

Reports to: CFO (expat)

Responsibilities:
  • Work together with top management in Purchasing & Investment decisions
  • Provide financial recommendations based on insightful simulations & analyses
  • Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact to the organization of strategic Purchasing and Investments decisions
  • Review monthly performance, monitor and analyze exchange rate and commodities movements, report and timely communicate any major change to ensure that potential risks and opportunities are on-time anticipated
  • Performs independent investment project application evaluations
  • Monitors the realization of approved investment projects and performs success analyses
  • Contribute to the digital roadmap of Controlling as well as the reporting on Purchasing KPIs (e.g. price development, P&L impact of material cost changes)
Requirements:
  • Higher education. MSc. University degree preferably in Business Administration / Finance
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in English & Russian
  • IFRS/SAP/1C experience
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Experience and skills in digital controlling based on latest trends in information technology and data analytics, including big data and AI
  • Excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented person with a 'Can-Do'-attitude
  • Efficient in handling multiple demands and priorities
