We are looking for a Team Assistant for Business Development department in our Moscow office.

What are the job tasks?

Support of business development department with main focus on contract preparation

  • Management of agreements (preparation, scanning, signing, etc.)
  • Support with preparation of presentations, updating BD and marketing materials
  • Support in automating processes through platform Doczilla
  • Work with CRM system (Bitrix24) to enter data or prepare analytics
What are the job requirements?
  • We look for a pro-active responsible person, who can adapt quickly and is attentive to details, who can work in parallel with a big amount of information and keep prorities in mind.
  • Good working English and native level of Russian language to be able to talk to clients, prepare slides and write emails.
  • Experienced with Outlook - emails & calendar, PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Good if you have experience with some CRM systems.
  • We will be glad to welcome a communicative, positive person with hands-on attitude to work.
