Financial manager

We are looking for an Financial manager to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Making payments through online banking systems;
• Work with documents (invoices, agreements, calculations);
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of finance functions (i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management etc.);
• Preparation of different accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation;
• Liaise with external auditors for preparation of quarter and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements (i.e. IFRS) for statutory and/or regulatory audit, taxation and reporting;
• Interaction with foreign banks on incoming and outgoing payments, banking products and services;
• Assistance in compiling reporting forms (BS, P&L, CashFlow);
• Assistance in management accounting automation;
• Work in the 1C system (as one of the accounting systems);
• Work and interaction on company issues in more than seven jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
• In-depth knowledge and practical skills in the field of financial management, accounting, taxation, IFRS, general knowledge of law;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial manager;
• Expert in MS Office (Especially, Excel);
• Ability to multitask;
• Good communication skills, independence, initiative;
• A high degree of self-motivation, good team-player, drive, ambition, high self-discipline and time management.
