Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of, Corporate Law , Labor Law.
• Experienced in reviewing, amending and drafting all kind of Agreements especially Lease Agreements, conducting
any kind of corporate actions/transactions (such as company establishment, share transfer, capital increase etc), and giving legal opinion within the scope of labor law
• Experienced in the legal departments of international companies, would be able to report and communicate with the HQ in abroad and provide legal opinion to client companies,
• Good command of the English language in the field of law both verbally and in writing,
• Be competent in solution focused, planned, attentive, time management,
• Team player with strong planning, analytical thinking and coordination skills,
• Good use of MS Office applications
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment,Job Description• Amending procedures of the Company in regard with local law, reviewing and amending Agreements, making correspondences with administrative institutes and conducting notary processes.
• Providing legal advise to company.
• Reviewing and drafting all kind of agreements -especially lease agreement- analyzing all clauses, obligations and liabilities.
• Being responsible to archive originals of agreements securely submit them upon request of DeFacto HQ or administrative authorities.
• Following updates and informing HQ in case of any legal update.
• Conduct risk evaluation activities for legal compliance risks locally to ensure company’s actions to achieve strategical, financial and operational targets are in line with the legal regulations.
• Evaluate, determine actions and conduct follow-up for the legal risks to manage company’s legal compliance risks efficiently.
• Inform and update process owners regarding local legal amendments by sharing “circulars” and “articles” with necessary departments to raise legal awareness and knowledge of process owners.
