Responsibilities:
- Team Management (6 Subordinate employees);
- Tax filling and statutory reporting including maintaining the Transfer pricing documents;
- Ensure compliance with the statutory and corporate accounting standards and policies;
- Drive the improvement of administrative efficiency by bringing forward new procedures;
- Develop, unify and optimize back-office processes;
- Communication with the tax authorities and other state bodies in the relative area.
- Higher education in accounting, tax, finance or mathematics;
- Accounting experience in multinational companies for at least 3 years;
- Solid knowledge of local tax and accounting law;
- ERP knowledge is a must;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office;
- Good level of English;
- Strong Leadership skills;
- Inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence people at all levels of the organisation and to drive the Accounting team;
- Have the ability to meet strict deadlines;
- Adapt quickly to change and are able to lead change management.
