Your role and duties will be to:
  • Join the Ground Operations team of national carrier of Oman at Sheremetyevo airport
  • Provide high level service to passengers in respect of check-in, boarding, special services, inadmissible passengers, irregularities handling, baggage and ramp services in accordance with the company standards and procedures. Ensure safety and quality standards are met in all areas.
  • Control the performance of service providers.
You are required to:
  • have two years college diploma or higher education in any discipline.
  • have higher qualification and experience in the related field (airline skills, passenger handling, ramp handling) and recent experience of work at SVO airport.
  • have proficiency in English (conversational, reading , writing ), MS office.
  • be tactful and courteous in dealing with guests of various nationalities, irritated and unrurly guests, passengers of delayed and cancelled flights, VIPs etc, to balance excellent customer service and strict compliance with company procedures
  • be capable of making logical, on the spot decisions in problem solving, alert and concentrated.
  • be able and willing to work overtime in case of delays/cancellations, work under pressure, take responsibility for decisions.
You will be offered:
  • Office at Sheremetyevo airport, terminal C.
  • Employment in accordance with Russian labour code
  • Working hours will depend on the flights schedule, mainly 4:30 pm to 00:20 am. Corporate transfer from the airport at night time.
