Responsibilities:
- To assist Head of the Representative office, Head Marketing in developing sales and marketing tools
- Support of corporate sales and marketing activities and projects of the Company.
- Coordinating business travel: visa support, air/railway tickets, hotels, assist in organization of sales and marketing events and conferences conducted by the Company.
- Support in liaising with advertising / printing and PR agencies.
- Prepare business documentation of the Marketing department: business correspondence, presentations, etc.
- Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence of Sales and marketing department.
- Maintain contact data-base of marketing department.
- Providing general administrative support and liaising with various departments within the Company.
- To carry out other administrative, sales and marketing tasks of the Company Management.
- To analyze results of the promotion activities and report them to the Head of Marketing, Head of the Moscow RO on a regular basis in accordance with the established Company standards and reporting system.
- To identify and inform relevant departments on possible problems and solve them before they influence normal work process of creating demand for the Company products.
- To request the information necessary for work process from related departments and specialists.
- To be prepared for business trips upon the business needs and management instructions.
