Category Manager

You will be responsible for project management for the development of categories in key clients, considering the needs of buyers, the strategy of the company and partners. You will build partnerships with key customers, including obtaining the status of a preferred partner in category management

You have expert knowledge of the principles of category and project management. You have outstanding analytical skills and ability to work with big data. You are inspired by your work and inspire others to ambitious actions.

• Project management for the development of categories in key clients, considering the customer’s needs, the strategy of the company and partners;
• Building partnerships with key clients, winning the status of a preferred partner in category management;
• Development and implementation with key clients of projects in the field of category management, including strategy, research of consumer preferences, formation of assortment and planograms, organization of navigation in categories, management of inventory, organization of special events to promote products and analysis of project effectiveness;
• Advising key clients on effective category management to effectively influence customers based on category dynamics and understanding customer needs.
• Analysis of changes in consumption in the market, prices, search for new opportunities to ensure the profitability of Bacardi;
• Constant search for new points of growth in category management, satisfaction of consumer preferences and influence on key clients;
• Support of the team for working with key clients in matters of assortment expansion, merchandising, pricing, product promotion, category analysis;
• Pro-active involvement of the CPA (trade marketing) and Marketing team in the development and implementation of projects for category management and customer acquisition.

• Expert knowledge of the principles of category management;
