The Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is looking for Sales Coordinator , who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate who provides administrative support, sales analytics, customer service and sales support and facilities management for our Regional Director of Marketing and dynamic sales team. Our Sales Coordinator is an integral part of our team, and a strong contributor to our success.

Responsibilities - Manage database of leads, companies, contacts, prospects, sales activities and traces (Golden S&C, Opera)
- Provide main telephone coverage for the office
- Order supplies and maintain inventory control
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Process bills and invoices for the office
- Handle expense reports
- Oversee office calendar by updating meetings and events
- Co-ordination and ordering of client gifts
- Run reports for Group, Corporate, Travel Industry segments
- Coordinates all requirements for various groups booked by the Sales team
- Responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners through the planning process
- Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel
- Ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate with clients through the use of creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals, to achieve both maximum revenue/profit potential and fulfilment of contractual responsibilities while satisfying client needs
- Finalize the requirements of confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue potential through up selling and ensuring effective communication both written (Resumes, BEO, Daily Reports) and personal contact with all departments for the success of the event
- Make timely and impromptu decisions, which balance client’s needs with the financial, safety and staffing goals of the hotel
- Find solutions to the inevitable challenges and glitches that arise while groups are on property
Required Skills and experience
- Decent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use correct grammar and structure in all interactions - in writing, face-to-face and by telephone
- Proficient computer skills: Excel, Power point and Word required with knowledge of Outlook as advantageous
- Pro-activity, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to manage and priorities work with minimal supervision
Experience - One year work experience preferred
Education - Completed university degree
