Marketing manager

Smart Engines is a R&D-focused company which creates original document analysis and recognition products, and cutting edge computer vision technology. We are building software tailored to the needs of fintech companies, banks, KYC providers, airlines, and more, with a client base all over the world.

Currently we are looking for a bright candidate to join us as a Marketing manager. The successful candidate should possess skills and experience in user acquisition, product positioning, content marketing, and project management along with a strong ability to work out marketing strategy from scratch for the assigned software product.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who wants to grow into a team leader in a tech-savvy collaborative environment. The role reports directly to the CEO.

• Lead the whole marketing function focused on customer acquisition;

• Execute lead generation campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO/unpaid), social media channels (paid and organic);

• Define and redefine brand and product positioning based on market trends, customer feedback, competitive advantages, and more;

• Develop content marketing strategy and navigate in through our website, presentations, leaflets and other marketing collateral;

• Plan and perform co-partner marketing activities;

• Manage customer retention activities to keep our clients engaged and reactivated;

• Track marketing KPIs and present the results to key stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS / IT or related industry is a must;

• Expertise in working with B2B products;

• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics;

• On-hands understanding of paid search, paid social, CPA, SEO, CRM;

• Ability to deep dive into complex technological products;

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills;

• Self-driven with a “do it” approach;

• Critical thinking and creative problem solving;

• Advanced written and spoken English.
