Support Business Grow rely on data driven insights & actions. Be responsible to provide trusted, timely and useful data based on business priorities. Propose data-driven insights valuable for the Business and Partners in efficient and fast matters. Develop data as a product with continuous evolution of quality & variety to create great value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Data excellence development

  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
  • Be responsible for maximizing the value of the product
  • Gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinate sprints
  • Set, prioritize and accept the work generated by a team (direct/project/matrix) in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product
  • Set, align & validate the priorities both with business and Schneider Digital organizations
  • Be the connecting point between business, Schneider Digital and Global Data Hub organizations in order to deliver solution fast & efficient and remove any road blocks and silos may appear
  • Be the business key responsible to deliver Data Franchise Model (mastered & owned by GDH) in CIS Zone within agreed timelines and budget and with expected level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to European Region Data related projects being not limited with CIS Zone scope only. Distribute time & efforts in accordance with priorities agreed with manager
  • Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Anticipate internal customer needs
  • Develop scope and define backlog
  • Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and development of a product
  • Asses value and prioritize developments to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Identifies and help the internal customer understand the business model, value and value proposition
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
  • Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
  • Groom and prioritize backlog
