Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is looking for a candidate for Sales Manager position.

The main responsibilities are the following:
  • Prospect and secure leisure, сorporate and group accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the goals and strategies outlined in the annual Marketing Plan;

  • Ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel’s success. (This position requires a high degree on independent judgement and discretion on decision making);

  • Identify and create target accounts or agencies that will generate business on behalf of hotel;

  • Execute follow-up on all business inquiries and leads and qualifies business to generate room nights and impact RevPar performance;

  • Impact sales production to ensure maximum account penetration;

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined;

  • Manage annual contracting process for each individual targeted account including account and market intelligence and pricing recommendations to maximize hotel profitability;

  • Participate in sales meetings, pipeline meetings and leadership meetings as required;

  • Respond and maintain effective correspondence with all potential and existing clients;

  • Execute follow-up on all pending and currently booked business details;

  • Produce monthly sales recaps of market achievement based upon marketing plan objectives;

  • Participate and contribute to annual Marketing Plan including proposing and managing sales expenses and budgets;

  • Initiate booking feedback as needed with the DOS, DOM and GM during the sales process up to and including contract.

Our requirements:
  • Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 2 years) - Proven sales track record a plus;

  • Proven track record in prospecting for new business and savvy at closing the deal;

  • Ability to make quick decisions and work in a hectic and diverse work environment;

  • Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities;

  • Possess well-developed leadership and problem solving skills;

  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships;

  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the Russian and English languages;

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills;

  • Creativity in connecting with decision-makers;

  • Goal driven and assertive in pursuing lead opportunities;

  • Have a solid work ethic, can-do attitude and a passion for service.
