Infrastructure Engineer

To operate, maintain, support, and improve IT services across the Russia zone in our internal Data Centers, Server Rooms and in the cloud, acting as full stack infrastructure integrator among the different layers of IT.

• Understand our infrastructure and relationship with other IT layers;
• Ensure high level of security of our IT systems;
• Support Business for infrastructure projects and demands;
• Maintain, operate and manage the IT infrastructures in the cloud, in our internal Data Centers and server rooms;
• Collaborate with application, connectivity, and other internal and external teams to ensure high level of quality in all infra services.

• Daily service follow-up, ensuring operations are performed with high quality level;
• Accountable for critical incidents P1/P2 management;
• Reduce number of incidents and duration;
• Improve time to market for new requests, changes, and evolutions;
• Participate to study and project delivery;
• Advice on technical solutions to applications and business teams;
• Act actively to improve the security day to day;
• Manage obsolescence remediation: keep infrastructure up to date;
• Manage and maintain the information of our assets and relations with other IT components;
• Databases maintain and management;
• Define and maintain a backup plan for overall IT services based on RPO and RTO;
• Improve and automate infrastructure managing;
• In collaboration with Business, apply local products and solutions in selected data centers and server rooms.

• Higher technical education (Computer Science or similar);
• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure management and cloud computing;
• Ability to read and understand documentation in English.

• Knowledge of different operating systems (Microsoft, Unix, Linux, etc.);
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.;
• Mailing and UC: Exchange, SfB, Teams, etc.;
• WSUS/SCCM/GPO;
• Public key infrastructure management;
• Basic programming and automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.;
• Database managing: SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and noSQL;
• Backup software and infrastructure;
• WEB Servers: Apache, NGINX, MS IIS;
• Storage and SAN systems administration;
• Cloud: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS;
• Experience with SysOps;
• ITIL processes knowledge;
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
