What You Will Do:• Recruiting, executive search and headhunting of IT specialists and researchers of different levels and skills.
• Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to managers.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and participating in the development and maintenance internal database.
Your Experience:• 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter.
• Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT.
• Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
• Highly result-oriented.
• Very good communication skills.
• English - Upper-Intermediate and higher.
