The company was established in 2018: international professionals united to make the world get rid of traditional smoking and decrease its negative impact for people. At Plonq we create products and technologies that allow users to gradually reduce smoking and make nicotine consumption a conscious choice. From the very beginning we have been focused on forming a thoughtful adult users community all over the globe, providing an ethical alternative for smokers through extensive research, deep tech and advanced design with a human-centered approach.

We are in search of a Lawyer!

• 5 years of relevant expirience
• International/European Law backround
• Obviously English C2

• Full legal support of the Сompany's activities
• Coordination of lawyers/assistants in the countries of Company's presence
• Legal support of labor relations with foreign employees/ maintenance of lease agreements abroad

• Contract Law. Conclusion/development/translation of contracts with foreign (in English/Arabian) and Russian contractors in the field of logistics, transportation, provision of related services

• IT Law. Support of IT projects realized by the Company (License Agreements, User Agreements, NDA)

• Corporate Law. Registration and maintenance of legal entities, bank accounts in the UK, research of information on other jurisdictions, consulting, international tax planning

• Customs Law. Consulting about import/customs clearance/certification of products in the listed jurisdictions, research, and negotiations with specialists in customs clearance

• Intellectual Property Law. Trademark changes registration in Russia and other countries.

• Work in a cozy office with a 5/2 schedule from 10:00 to 19:00.
• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
