Responsibilities:
  • То independently design and develop big data distributed computing engine features.
  • То explore and identify effective means to optimize distributed computing, storage, and communication.
  • То act as the owner of the business sub-domain of the team, and be responsible for roadmap planning and requirement clarification.
Requirements:
  • Academic or industrial background in computer science, mathematics, or machine learning.
  • Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages, including but not limited to JAVA/SCALA/PYTHON/C/C++. Familiarity with the following programming languages is preferred: Go/Rust/Shell/Ruby/JavaScript
  • Experience in big data open source projects is preferred, including but not limited to Flink/Spark/Storm/Hadoop/HBase/HDFS/Yarn/Redis/MongoDB/ElasticSearch/ClickHouse.
  • Have a basic command of distributed architecture and system principles, including but not limited to reliability and status consistency.
  • Familiar with database principles and related data structures and experience is preferred, including but not limited to B+ Tree, LSM Tree, and ART. Familiar with SQL compilation, optimization and execution plan optimization with relevant practical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with software and hardware integration technologies, including but not limited to GPU/FPGA, is preferred.
  • Be passionate about big data projects, have strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit. Have good project allocation management capability and risk awareness.
  • Have the ability to search and read English papers, be able to track and share the latest research results of relevant conferences and research institutes at any time.
  • Have a proficient command of the Linux development environment and be able to independently build distributed clusters.
