Job responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and publish local workplace management process, regulation and baseline. (process, policy, and baseline management)
- Manage workplace in line with local laws and requirements of Huawei EHS policy. (EHS and compliance management of laws and regulations)
- Keep proper Workplace management expenses ledger and provide cost analysis monthly report. (expense management)
- Participate in the office/Property leasing, negotiation, contract management in new campus. (participating in office leasing, negotiation, and contract management)
- Lead procurement and negotiation on office equipment, furniture, IFM suppliers, and manage vendor contracts and daily communication with suppliers. (take the lead in procurement and negotiation of relevant suppliers in the office, and daily communication and management of suppliers)
- Handle workplace resource requirements, allocate and manage office area, seating, equipment, furniture, etc. (management of office space requirements and office equipment configuration)
- Implement fire safety policy for office, monthly inspection, and annual publicity of fire protection equipment and organize yearly fire drills. (organization office fire safety management)
- Communicate with facility management service supplier or Tenants. (daily communication representative of the landlord)
- Routinely organize workplace facilities inspection, to identify and remove the risk of facility operation, to ensure it can meet the requirement of our core business operation. (office facility risk identification and management)
Qualification Requirements:1. Work experience:1) 8 years ‘experience in property and facility management field, including both "hard" and "soft" service, real estate transaction (lease/buy of industrial land and offices), and experience in major CAPEX projects.
2) Experience within engineering or self-owned property and facilities management or similar – at least 3 years at a senior/managerial level.
3) Preferably has experience working in a regional management capacity.
4) Experience in strategy development and implementation would be better.
5) Experience in managing and negotiating Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
6) Experience in a high-level customer interface environment.
2. Education background:Bachelor degree or above, Major in Engineering or Business Administration
3. Language capability:English can be used as a working language;
