Data Storage Expert

A growing Storage Team is looking for High-End Experts in Moscow and St Petersburg. The team is working on enterprise level projects in data reduction algorithms, efficient data protection (backup and archive) and copy data utilization for secondary storage (backup and archive) scenarios, especially for mainstream workload ecosystems such as databases (including NOSQL and distributed), NAS, files, virtualization (container) and big data.

1. Take charge of backup and archiving protection solutions for mainstream workload ecosystems based on the trend of mainstream workload ecosystem development, cloud-based IT construction of customers, and storage technology development trends.
2. Take charge of the data value mining and utilization technical solution of copy data in the mainstream workload ecosystem based on the copy data manager (CDM) trend.
3. Take charge of external cooperation in the application ecosystem of tier-2 storage, gain insight into industry-leading technologies, and leverage external resources to achieve win-win results.

1. Master's degree or Ph.D. degree in computer engineering, computer science or mathematics.
2. Basic command of mainstream workload: database including nosql, MongoDB, KVDB, GraphDB and distributed DB, NAS, file, virtualization (container), and big data technology evolution, deployment architecture, DR or backup technology principles, enterprise cloud storage -Amazon S3, Azure Storage, Google Cloud Storage, and other distributed storage technology. 3. Have at least five years of working experience in the backup and archiving field. Take the lead in designing and developing the system architecture for backup and archiving of massive data for mainstream workloads.
4. Experience in designing or developing compliance with the archived data of enterprises in countries or regions is preferred.
5. Good communication skills, rich insight into ecological development trends, sensitive to new technologies in academia and industry, and able to rationally utilize external resources to transform them into products, and finally achieve business success. 6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
