Lamoda portfolio is rich with almost 3000 local and international brands and growing.Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of losses reduction program incl. process improvement (fulfilment center, delivery), IT systems infrastructure improvement, goods accounting procedures;
  • Analysis of reporting on operating activities and losses in the Company;
    3. Analysis of existing operational and business processes, identification of bottlenecks;
  • Evaluation of potential effect of loss-reduction initiatives;
  • Facilitating prioritization of projects within and across functions;
  • Coordination of cross-functional work teams involved in the project to ensure timely and effective implementation of loss-reduction initiatives and aimed to decrease losses within a Company
  • Formulation of tasks related to loss-reduction initiatives implementation for analysts and IT
  • Presentation of projects and their implementation schedules to senior management, involved employees, protection and justification of proposals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of total experience in processes improvement / processes optimization (preferably mix of consulting and industry experience in similar sphere/position)
  • Consulting (Operational efficiency, strategy & operations, operations, implementation, risk consulting, fraud investigation, forensic accountant)
  • Retail
  • FMCG
  • Service companies (transportation companies, delivery companies, Fulfillment centers, etc.).
